Designer Tip: Place the card with the fold on the top and cover with pink dot/green leaves border cardstock. Glue the girl/balloon label die-cut to the left side of the card as shown and foam tape the “Wishing You A…” oval die-cut greeting on the right. Embellish card with Pink Jewel Dazzles™ and a green bow as shown.
