Designer’s Tip: Add sparkle by using textured iridescent sheets for embossing and strips of glitter adhesive sheets as borders.
Instructions:
- For the front: Place your card with the fold on the left. Cover the card with black suede paper. Place 5"x1/8" strips of clear glitter sheet across the top and bottom, and a third one 1" from the top. Emboss the swirly heart on purple textured iridescent paper. Rub over the image with a black StazOn® ink pad and let dry. Cut out the heart and glue to card 3/4" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom. Trim excess. Stamp a curvy label on purple iridescent paper and cut around leaving a 1/16" border. Stamp again on white cardstock. Stamp a greeting in the center on the cardstock and cut around the greeting on the straight lines. Glue this centered on the label. Glue the label to the card 1/4" from the top and 2 3/4" from the right. Trim excess. Place 6 large lavender bling in a row along the glitter strip as shown.
- For the inside: Create a heart identical to the one on the front. Cut off the left 1 1/2" and glue to the card 1/4" from the top. Stamp a label and "Happy Birthday" on white cardstock and cut around leaving a 1/16" border. Glue to the card 1/4" from the right and 1 1/4" from the top.
