Instructions: Trim a white card to 4 1/2” square. Cut out the square owl image and mat on red cardstock with 1/8” borders. Wrap silver ribbon around top left image and then glue a bow to the center. Glue to the card. Add Dazzles™ as shown. Cut 4 1/4” square of red cardstock and glue inside the card. Cut 4 1/4” square of Snowfall acetate and set aside. For the waterfall: Cut out 4 small square images and mat each on white cardstock with 1/8” borders. Set aside. Cut 6”x3/4” and 4 1/4”x3/4” red cardstock pieces; set aside. Cut 2 1/4”x9 3/4” white strip. Measure 1 7/8” from one end of the white strip and score 5 lines 3/8” apart. Mountain fold the score lines. Use Extra Sticky Tape to attach just the top of one of the small matted images between the score lines. Repeat with each image attaching only the top of each to the scored area. Fold along the top of the matted images. For a band: Gently wrap the 6”x1/2” red strip around the white piece keeping the matted images on top of this red band. Glue the ends overlapping but do not glue the band to the white piece. For the pulling mechanism: Cut 1/4” off the left and right long sides of the white strip, cutting up to the last matted image. Glue the center of the last red strip over only the red band. Glue silver ribbon over the center. Position the red cardstock square over the inside of the card. Place the Snowfall Acetate on top. Attach the waterfall images and the red band as shown onto the Acetate. Put glue on the back of the Acetate hiding it behind the band and the waterfall images then press onto the card. Zot™ a silver bow at the upper right corner. Trim the excess pulling mechanism and place Dazzles™ greeting. |
