Instructions
- You will use the purple/pink-textured paper for your background. Cut a 12”x6 1/4" light blue watercolor paper and glue it across a sheet of striped paper with music notes above and below the light blue paper. Trim top and bottom as shown and mat on gold paper. Glue across the background paper, 1/8” from the top. Mat the photos on white cardstock, then pink/blue textured paper and glue on the light blue paper as shown.
- Tape the stencil so the top bar of music notes is above the photo on the right side of the light blue paper. Apply FlitterGlu with a cosmetic sponge through the image on the stencil. Remove the stencil, wash and dry it. Place pieces of gold metal leaf on the FlitterGlu image. Use a clean cosmetic sponge to remove the excess metal leaf. Repeat this process for the large curved music image on the bottom of the background paper, on the right side.
- Write or computer print journaling on remaining light blue paper. Trim to a rectangle and mat on pink/blue textured paper, then gold paper. Glue on the left side of the page below the left photo as shown. Use 1/2" wide bright pink grosgrain ribbon to tie a bow. Zot™ the bow on the page as shown.
